Health concerns, knowledge and information are key factors influencing a whānau's decision to vaccinate. The kaupapa of this session is to increase competence and confidence in having vaccine-related conversations with whānau. This session aims to give you the skills to augment your approach to these conversations.
With immunisation being a central focus of the new Quality Improvement Programme, we encourage you to attend this session and incorporate this learning within your quality improvement plans.
Audience: This session is designed for registered nurses and those with other roles involved in immunisation mahi employed in a Waikato Pinnacle practice.
This will be an interactive session. In-person attendance is strongly encouraged. A link to access this session online will be made available for those who live far from Hamilton and unable to attend in person.
