The Pan-PHO primary care diabetes team (Pinnacle, Hauraki PHO and National Hauora Coalition) is running a Q&A style evening event for all Eastern Waikato providers.
This will be a relaxed Q&A session rather than a formal presentation. We will answer all questions regarding the management of type 2 diabetes, as well as update you on the latest information about the new funding of continuous glucose monitoring and automated insulin delivery for those living with type 1 diabetes.
Nibbles provided from 5pm for a 5.30pm start (aiming to finish by 7.00pm).
All practice teams and Hauora providers from the Paeroa, Waihi, Tairua, Pauanui and Whangamata region are welcome. Please RSVP to MHNAdminTeam@pinnacle.health.nz for catering purposes.
This event is designed for relationship building and education and is not pharmaceutical sponsored.
