AIR service desk will maintain limited support during their normal hours through the summer break, except for public holidays. They will be closed on 25 and 26 December and 1 and 2 January 2025.
Their normal hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (from 9.30am on Wednesdays).
The team will be back from 6 January 2025 and available for usual daily drop-in Teams sessions between 1pm and 1.45pm daily, as well as available to provide all usual technical support services.

Outside of these working hours, please call 0800 855 066 (press 2 and then 1) for critical service outages/incident reporting.
