New guidance, approved by the Director of the National Public Health Service, introduces the upper age limit of 2 for the Pre-call and Recall initiative payment for 6-week immunisations. An upper age limit has been introduced to support a focused effort on reaching the national health target of 95% immunisation coverage for children by the age of 24 months by 2030. This upper age limit will be applied from the date of communication.
