Treatment of patients with abdominal pain, who are haemodynamically stable.

Treatment of patients with suspected ACC related DVT with a Wells Score of >= 2 or a positive D-dimer.

The ACC high tech imaging (HTI) pathway supports GPs to make direct referrals for high tech imaging (namely MRIs).

This programme provides funding for Aclasta infusions for eligible patients. The infusion is to be provided in the community by the patient’s general practice.  

Treatment of patients with low risk undifferentiated chest pain where the diagnosis is unclear, but the patient would otherwise be sent acutely to hospital for ECG. This funding does not cover the cost of a routine ECG

Treatment of patients with moderate asthma exacerbation that can be safely managed in the community.

This service is provided by the Reviva rehab team. The team will work with the person in their own home or in a class setting providing a strength and balance programme prescribed for them.
