The HPV screening advanced form is available for Medtech32 and Medtech Evolution practices. Thank you for all of the effort you've put into making HPV self testing a success.

How to implement the advanced form

• Please follow the one-point lesson (PDF linked below) to import the advanced form into your PMS.
• See the screenshots below to setup the service code for invoice: 'Setup > Accounting > Services > Add a new service.'

Reminder: Previously used 'priority women cervical screening' claim forms

The previously used 'priority women cervical screening' claim forms can remain in place until you have submitted all claims where the service date is prior to 12 September 2023. There is no need to deactivate these unless you are certain you have submitted all of your claims. We will allow one calendar month for you to make claims on any of those where the service date is prior to 12 September 2023. After 12 October 2023 no further claims will be accepted for this service.
