We’ve enhanced the network performance dashboard in Power BI to better support how practices work.
These updates were co-designed with practices, and refined through user acceptance testing, to ensure they reflect real practice needs. They bring a clearer view of your data into one place, helping reduce the need to build separate queries.
There are two enhanced sections.
Note the practice management trends section includes financial information and is only available to staff who currently receive the Finance Capitation Remittance Advice.
If you have questions or think you should have access to the trends section but don’t, please contact your development manager or email the practice systems support team.
Please don’t share your login — anyone using your details will be able to see everything you have access to.
We’ve developed a set of training resources to help you get started including a 15-minute walkthrough video, user guide, and quick reference guide (cheat sheet) for each section, linked below.
