Te Kotahi Oranga, in Waikato, offer free health screenings to improve and promote health awareness and reduce the risks of long-term health conditions. Referrals are accepted from all health providers, community workers, clients and their whānau.
Currently there are two programmes run at the newly built centre, which is shared with the Wintec Health Services at Rotokauri.
Direct referrals can now be made via the online Te Kotahi Oranga referral form.
Referrals are accepted from all health providers, community workers, clients and their whānau. Following a health assessment and screening, Te Kotahi Oranga will provide information back to the client’s GP with client’s consent.
There is parking onsite. In some circumstances arrangements can be made for clients that do not have transport. Wheelchair accessible.
