“The course was engaging and thought provoking with lots of time to practice the skills of professional supervision - I’d recommend it to anyone with an interest in supporting colleagues.”
"The element about the course I most enjoyed was the ability to engage in the programme at a steady and useful pace rather than the hectic time pressured daily routine that I am used to as a GP. The content was thought provoking to continue with personal reflective practice and also to remember to stop talking and to listen."
"I found the workshop empowering, informative and interactive. I think any health worker who gets the chance to be involved in the workshop would benefit."
"I attended the supervision and mentoring training unsure of what to expect but walked away with such a deep appreciation of this well put together, informative and practical training. I feel resourced, informed and able to now provide quality supervision to colleagues. I most appreciated the clarity of the information, and really enjoyed the way we got to have group discussions, and practical one-on-one practise sessions. This really helped cement the learning. Highly recommend this well organised, quality training with tutors who really know their stuff and walk the talk!"
