Pinnacle is proud to announce we have partnered with EMA (Employers Manufacturers Association) to provide practice managers and owners with membership for one year, beginning 1 July 2022.
We believe this will assist your practices in supporting and developing great work practices in the people management space. With the support and resources of EMA at your fingertips there will be an extra tool or two in the toolbox for managers and owners to help, particularly during these times of increasing workload pressure coupled with stretched capacity.
EMA membership will empower people leaders within your practice to improve their knowledge and skills in a range of areas important to primary care.
EMA will provide extensive suites of human resource, employer relations, people management, workplace health and safety resources online PLUS an AdviceLine for personal, direct help from experts.
We encourage practice managers and owners to come along to a webinar to meet the team from EMA, hear more about the benefits of membership and understand how EMA can support your practice.
From 1 July practice managers and owners will receive a welcome email from EMA containing your login details to get started, along with a few key pointers of services and information you might want to check out.
If you are an owner or manager and you do not receive an email from EMA please contact sam.yean@pinnacle.health.nz and she’ll get this sorted for you.
